Customer Service Representative

iMBranded is a nationwide firm that specializes in retail automotive graphic branding. We have an exciting opportunity for immediate placement of a customer service representative that will provide our customers with exceptional service and will help drive our ecommerce retail sales for our new online ordering site.

This is a newly created position and we are looking for an individual that is effective and will be able to hit the ground running to meet our expectations but also come in with your own expectations that will exceed ours.

Essential Functions Requirements

·         Communicate effectively via telephone and e-mail with customers and coworkers.

·         Answer phone calls and emails related to user questions and/or problems with an online self-enrollment/registration tool and products.

·         Identify, research, and resolve user questions and problems

·         Log detailed description of sales and unresolved issues into our CRM system.

·         Must be able to effectively communicate the customer’s needs to design and production. 

·         Cold Calling to Prospective Customers.

·         Assist in expanding sales to existing clients.

Qualifications

·         1-3 years of experience in web-based application customer service/help desk experience.

·         Associates degree and higher preferred or combined formal education and experience

·         Prior experience as a customer service representative in either automotive sales, inside sales or retail sales preferred.

·         Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency

·         Internet savvy

·         Helpful but not necessary: working knowledge of Microsoft QuickBooks and Salesforce
