A successful Representative Customer Care Tier I will possess the following attributes: Six months customer service or sales experience preferably in call a center or retail environment such as the sporting goods, high-end luxury, gifting or general merchandise markets. Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule on a year-round basis. Customer Service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center in the sporting goods, high-end luxury, gifting or general merchandise markets. Experience with database/Internet research.
