Customer Service Representative
The People Bank Mississauga is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client in the Custom Engineering industry. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity and will be based at our clients offices in Milton.
The Customer Service Representative will be tasked with ensuring that all client needs are handled efficiently and in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated initiative in solving problems that affect productivity, service, and efficiency
- Respond and provide solutions for all inquiries
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all service offerings
- Establish firsthand knowledge of clients through the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Follow account set up and closure procedures as required
- Ensure that the client tracking spreadsheet is kept up to date
Qualifications:
- University degree or college diploma in business (or a related field)
- Bilingualism French/English is a definite asset
- Proven interpersonal and customer service skills with a focus on negotiation, conflict resolution, people management, and problem solving
- Strong teamwork, team building, and cooperation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build long profitable and positive relationships with business partners
- Exemplary communication skills both verbally and written
- Highly proficient with the MS Office suite, specifically Excel
