The SCOOTER Store currently has Part-Time positions available in our Customer Contact Center. In order to be considered, the successful candidate must be available to work one of these part time schedules:
Schedule #1 - 10:00am to 3:00pm (4 days per week + Saturday shift)
Schedule #2 - 2:30pm to 7:30pm (4 days per week + Saturday shift)
Schedule #3 - 5:00pm to 9:00pm (4 days per week + Saturday shift)
All schedules include a Saturday shift and you must be available between the hours of 6:00am and 4:00pm to work a 5.5 hour shift on Saturdays. All schedules are subject to change at any time based upon business needs and all employees may be asked to volunteer or be selected for other schedules as business needs dictate.

The SCOOTER Store is seeking compassionate Customer Sales Support Representatives. Customer Sales Support Representatives serve as the initial point of contact for various types of calls received at The SCOOTER Store. CSSRs may work on either inbound or outbound teams, communicate with customers, support marketing initiatives (television commercials, direct mail drops, etc.), and ensure that customer requests are handled appropriately, accurately and in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize all systems available to ensure customer needs are met.
Effectively probe caller to ensure appropriate resolution -Multi-task job functions (data entry during and between handling calls, assisting other teams)
Strong communication, organization and time management skills
Ability to maintain composure with the high volume of calls received and/or placed.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience.
