30 year plus party rental company located in Northern NJ seeks an inside customer service representative. We are a rapidly growing company immediately looking for an individual to become part of our team to assist us with servicing new and existing clients. Candidates must have strong communication skills (answering phones/qualifying leads/taking orders), strong computer knowledge with experience or the ability to learn rental software program (enter quotes/manage logistics), familiarity with sales/customer data software programs, ability to work in a fast paced environment with problem solving skills, excellent follow up skills, ability to effectively support the outside sales team, and social media experience. Event industry experience preferred as key customers include caterers, venues, event planners, designers florists.
