Customer Service Representative
This position is an integral part of the sales team supporting the company's aggressive growth. The position will help foster this growth by ensuring maintenance of existing customer relationships and facilitating intergradation of new customers. The CSR will be responsible for entry of customer order and management of customer material requirement planning (MRP) reports. Clear feedback and timely communication to customer and other departments. Position will also be responsible for managing the quote process of existing programs. Supports sales efforts through proactive outreach to customer for reorders. Works closely with Operations to support planning efforts. Represent Sales team in scheduling meetings. Knowledge of the manufacturing schedules and individual part requirements will be essential in communicating effectively with customers. Administrative duties include backlog report analysis and various other sales report analysis.
