Adecco is looking for Customer Service Representatives to add to the growing team in Kansas City! As a CSR, you will receive inbound calls that are technically related (compatibility, installation, usage, firmware upgrades and trouble shooting) to digital media products/eReaders/Smart phones, hardware devices etc.

Requirements

  • Experience using Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 operating systems, MS Office Suite, internet browsers and strong knowledge of computer hardware specifications, system requirements, and associated peripheral devices. Understanding of MAC OS a plus
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, troubleshooting, reporting and logical thinking skills
  • Strong understanding of digital media and related technologies
  • 6 months of call center/customer service support.
