Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Full time employee:

Proficient with quick books programs, Computer knowledge, proficient with word and excel. Responsibilities: Answering phones, filing, making collection calls.

Serve customers by providing products and service information; resolving product and service problems.

* Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

* Maintains customer records by updating account information.

* Phone skills must be pleasant and detailed in taking down information and relaying problems to technician and management.

* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

* Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:
 Proven experience with QuickBooks in AP/AR and Collections,
 Strong communication skills,

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,

Excellent written and oral communication skills,  

 Attention to detail, highly organized

Flexibility with time and schedule,

Office operating hours Mon-Fri 7am-5pm.

Salary based on experience and qualifications $14 -$17 .
