Job Purpose:

This posiiton serves customers by providing technical product information,
prepares quotes and answers related customer inquiries. Some light sales work/inside sales work. We will train!
Duties:
* Responds to customers by answering product questions via email, phone or fax.
* Prepares quotes by reviewing customer information and obtaining necessary information from internal departments.
* Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
* Maintains customer records by updating account information.
* Resolves product questions by clarifying the customer's specifications; determining product application; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the customer's problem; and following up to close the sale.
* Contributes to team effort by supporting sales team.
