Job Summary:
Responsible for servicing clients from order inception to completion of event. Develops and maintains positive customer relations by ensuring that customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Suggest alternatives solutions to customers when needed.
Description
Primary Responsibilities:
•Assist customers with completing orders over the phone
•Discuss with the customer event type, recommend the appropriate rental equipment and accessories based on customer’s needs
•Work closely with the Customer Service Lead and Outside Sales Representative
•Insure that the customer is supported with last minute detailsContinuously research and learn the different company products available in order to provide customers with the outmost options
Basic Qualifications:
•H.S Diploma or Equivalent
•Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
•0-3 years in a customer service orientated environment
•Prior catering, event planning or other hospitality experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be very energetic, demonstrate a positive attitude, eager to learn, creative, the ability to work in a fast pace and changing environment and the ability to handle heavy call volume.
