Seeking energetic and motivated individual for a full time Self Storage Associate and/or Assistant Manager at our first class self-storage facility in Torrance, CA.  Ideal candidate should be professional, sales-oriented, have good customer service skills, and good communication skills.

 

Job Duties:

 

Primary responsibilities are to assist with all activities relating to the renting of storage units, RV and vehicle storage, boat storage, postal service, mailboxes and U-Haul truck rentals.  Will also effectively perform all activities to ensure that the property and grounds are cleaned and maintained in a quality fashion.

 

Qualifications:

 

* Excellent phone and customer service skills

* Computer literate, experience with self storage software program (specifically SiteLink software) a plus

* Must have flexible schedule to work weekends

* Must be a team player

* Ability to read and comprehend simple business instructions and correspondence

* Ability to perform basic math functions and file documents in ascending or descending order

* Assistant Manager position must have experience in storage industry

 

* Must pass background check/drug screen

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
