Innovative world leader in diagnostic imaging seeks top performing Customer Service Support Representatives to work in their Call Assist call center in Tustin, CA. Two positions are available with these shifts:
SHIFT 1
Wednesday 12:30pm to 8:30pm
Thursday 12:30pm to 8:30pm
Friday 12:30pm to 8:30pm
Saturday 7:00am to 3:00pm
Sunday 7:00am to 3:00pm
SHIFT 2
Monday thru Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The first shift is a temp to hire position and shift 2 is a long term position with benefits. Please apply only if you can work these shifts.
Essential Responsibilities
- Answer external customer calls expediently and dispatch their calls professionally and appropriately.
- Open and close work orders on the Service Business System (SBS) for service calls with Customer Engineers via telephone, fax or voice mail.
- Order and expedite parts as requested.
- Perform satisfactorily to department productivity standards (e.g., average time per call, # of transactions done per hour, average speed of answer, etc.).
- Provide initial problem resolution to customers and escalate to next level of support when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned when calls/fax/voice mail volume is low.
- Work on diversified tasks that involve a range of complex but standardized procedures. Semi-routine duties may involve solving frequent problems within standards or procedures.
- Position duties involve providing information and making some recommendations within prescribed guidelines.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
Position Requisites
· Three years general office experience.
· Two years telephone customer service help desk experience.
· Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
· Good written communication skills.
· Ability to handle fast paced environment.
· Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
