Customer Service Representative

Process orders, create docket sheets, communicate hot items to production planning, assign production numbers, set up maintenance files, and track all job orders. Confirm orders to customers, including expected quantities, and delivery timing. Track on time in full no errors (OTIFNE) performance for all customers. Report on performance. Problem solve and report on all root causes for late shipments, and implement preventative measures. Resolve issues related to replenishment forecasts, finished goods inventory levels, aged inventories, contractual obligations, pricing variations and customer expectations. Detects trends or patterns of problems. Can assess and implement process corrections. Best in class (BIC)l communications. Communicates well with customers, business associates, and suppliers. Develops team goals and action plans based on broader business objectives. Work with accounting to audit invoices for customers to ensure accurate paperwork. Research and expedite any invoice issues resulting in delayed payment. Update pricing lists as needed. Meet corporate, business, and team objectives for antitrust compliance, business information protections, EEO, safety, quality, ethical behavior, and learning. Working hours: 8am-5:30pm 4 year college degree or comparable business experience. 3-4 years customer service / sales experience. Demonstrated aptitude in a position focusing on helping others.
