Customer Service Representative Job in Woburn 01801, Massachusetts US

As a PT Customer Service Representative in our busy Woburn location you will work 16 to 24 hours a week and be will be responsible for turning customer inquiries and requests for automobile glass replacement into scheduled appointments. You will interact with insurance carriers and agencies, consumers and fleet and service managers. We are New England’s largest and most respected auto glass company, so scheduling appointments can be done with confidence of our delivering the highest level of service. 

Strong customer relationship skills and communication are required in addition to proficiency with Windows based applications.  Attention to detail, ability to make immediate decisions, follow through in a variety of situations and working independently in a fast paced setting are keys to successful performance.  Pre-employment background checks and drug testing are required.
