Customer Service Representative Job in Yuma>Arizona, Arizona US

Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external customers and vendors: initiates contact with, and/or responds to customer inquiries regarding accounts, products or servies; initiates orders with the customer or recommends order changes based on account and manufacturing knowledge; coordinates and supports information flow within external and internal business. Builds or develops order specifications, coordinates quoting and estimating and order design. Works in a team environment to meet business objectives and goals. Demonstrates financial aptitude with the ability to work with numbers accurately. maintains excellent records. Works with other business team members to reconcile customer accounts. Investigates and resolves customer complaints using problem solving techniques and sound judgment. Works with and supports the sales functions within the business in order to achieve overall customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive demeanor with the customer at all times.
The following qualifications are required:
2 years of customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated strong competence in Microsoft aplications - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Strong accuracy working with numbers
Ability to perform math functions including working with fractions
Excellent telephone etiquette and skills
Ability to present self in a professional manner, take initiative to get the job done
Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Superior administrative skills, positive attitude, exemplary work ethic and attendance record
Ability to learn industry-specific computer systems
Attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:
Bilingual - Read, write and speak Spanish fluently
Bachelors Degree
Corrugated experience
Working knowledge of business-specific applications such as Kiwi, Witron, SAP, other order entry software systems
