Customer Service Representative needed in San Bernardino, CA
Assists vendors with questions or issues regarding preservation work to be completed. Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Requires basic knowledge of the organization, products and/or services. Must have good communication and problem-solving skills. Working hours: Work hours: Saturday 5:30am - 2:00pm; Sunday 7:00am-12:00pm (Possibility of mid-week shifts as needed) May research issues or transfer to a research function. All associates are held accountable for reaching performance goals. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Entry level position, 1+ years of experience Must Have: -Strong Customer Service and Phone Skills -Be able to adapt to frequent changes -Be able to handle large call volumes in a fast pace environment -Computer Savvy - Excel, Word, Outlook, navigate through several internal systems -Exceptionally articulate/well spoken and persuasive (Will be required to communicate directly with vendors) -Previous CSR experience (in-bound/out bound call center) -Internet and database research skills -Detail oriented - reviewing for quality assurance -Multitask -Self Motivated -Bilingual is a plus Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
