Customer Service Representative- Positions Available in Boston!
Our client, a prestigious financial company in downtown Boston, is seeking multiple customer service representatives for long term contract opportunities. The successful individuals will need superior communication skills with the ability to multitask and work well in a fast paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door of a leading insurance and financial services firm!
Responsibilities:
- Answer high volume of incoming telephone calls in a professional, courteous manner
- Effectively communicate with customers and determine reason for call
- Answer questions of internal and external customers regarding policy information, account details, payments/transaction, coverage and application status
- Resolve issues with clients and communicate timelime for what to expect for more complex issues that may need to be escalated
- Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00-5:00
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree required
- Prior customer service experience (2 plus years)
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive and complex information.
- Strong organizational skills
