Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative Trainee include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer inquires regarding company products and services
- Processing customer phone orders
- Product look-up and research
- Checking availability of stock, shipping dates
- Quoting customers on a variety of products
- Filling order to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative Trainee include, but are not limited to:
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task
- Professional and courteous communication skills via phone and email
- Must be detailed oriented and organized
- Computer skills must include Microsoft Office Products
- Data entry skills, organization, multi tasking and customer focus is required
