We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join the expanding team in the Virgin Media offices based in Birmingham.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be speaking to either new or existing customers who are scheduled for an installation or upgrade of services; that have been sent an automated text message to confirm their installation details. Your role is to confirm that the allocated slot is still suitable and rebook any appointments that need to be rescheduled. You will also conduct aftercare calls to ensure faults have been resolved and that the technician has carried out the installation correctly to their satisfaction. Virgin Media also expect this team to provide feedback from customers on this style of service to ensure areas of improvement are highlighted for review.
As you will be the first point of contact for the customer, effective communication is key to being successful in this role. Excellent customer service along with fantastic attention to detail is critical so, if you’re enthusiastic and passionate about working for a market leader then you’ll make a welcome addition to the team!

Hours will be Monday to Friday (shift pattern) 7:00am–3:30pm / 12:30pm -8:30pm and Saturday upto 7.30pm. Please note: if you are working a Saturday you are allocated a day off in the week.
