Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives / Inbound Call Center Representatives in Northern Broward County / Southern Palm Beach County.
Earn $10 per hour at these full-time, temporary indefinite positions.
Shifts:
- Various shifts are available from Monday - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 AM
Job Description:
- Receive inbound customer service calls.
- Provide support to customers, handle inquires, complaints, billing issues and provide resolutions.
- Perform data entry associated with the position.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service handling inbound calls.
- Must have above average computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Communicates with customers using web-based tools and demonstrates the associated proficiency in typing and grammar.
- Handles customer questions, complaints and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer questions with one call resolution.
- Must be a good listener.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must have reliable transportation.
