Staffing Firm seeks (8) Call Center Customer Service Professionals for immediate placement
with one of our clients
located in Brooklyn
REQUIREMENTS:
· Must have 1 year or more of customer service experience working in a Financial Services Call Center environment or back office operations experience.
· Knowledge of stock purchase plans or shareholder services a big plus
· Excellent communication skills. Both verbal and written.
· Ability to quickly learn and apply subject matter taught in training.
· Possess a customer friendly attitude.
· Ability to work in a team oriented, fast paced changing environment.
· Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office software programs and data entry.
SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Providing a superior level of customer service to financial services customers over the telephone and in writing.
- Analyzing information to quickly resolve client issues.
- Responsible for the management and follow up of all written correspondence as necessary.
These positions start as temporary and will convert to permanent after successfully completing a probationary period.
Permanent salary is in the 32k+ range
