We currently have vacancy's in the following areas; Longsight, Princess Parkway, Royton, Rochdale, Heywood, Ashton, Bury, Sale, Bolton, Leigh, Salford, Stretford, Accrington, Hanley, Hyde and Stockport.
We offer instant cash solutions to our customers including Pay Day Loans, Cheque Cashing, Currency Exchange, Pre Paid Mastercard, Western Union Money Transfers and Gold and Mobile Phone Purchasing. Working as part of the Cheque Centre team will bring real rewards for professionals who take pride in delivering outstanding customer service every time.
As a Customer Service Representativesyou will provide our customers with Cheque Centre products through outstanding customer service and selling skills and will communicate work in unison with your branch manager aswell as deputise in the absence of the Branch Manager. You will meet and exceed store commissions targets and minimising bad debt below targets and actively promote, cross and up sell all Cheque Centre products. In this role you will do daily cash reconciliation ensuring all monies are accounted for, have excellent knowledge of branch Computer systems and build excellent customer relationships, face to face and via telephone to discuss accounts.
As a Customer Service Representatives w e offer a generous basic salary of £13'795. Monthly Incentive Programme, Regular Incentive schemes, Generous Holiday Entitlement, No Sunday Working and Excellent opportunity to progress as we grow!
