Customer Service Representative/Sales Support
Customer Service Representative is needed to support sales for a manufacturing company. Individual will be supporting outside sales, this involves directly working with customers via telephone or electronically. General duties fr this position will include but are not limited the following: Working with customers via phone and e-mail regarding price delivery inquiries Order entry Confirmation of orders Invoicing to customers Generate and assist in general report functions Maintain customer account records and update accordingly Assist with warehouse shipping and receiving during peak periods or absences Working on special assignments Support outside sales team Knowledge of accounts in assigned territory Quoting responsibilities and follow-up for assigned territory Working hours: 8:30am-5pm, M-F Qualifications include: Must be team oriented and have a strong attention to detail. Minimum of 3-5 years experience with Customer Service/Inside Sales support Working knowledge of products/services within manufacturing preferred.
