Customer Service Representive-SAP Experience Job in Louisville, Colorado US

Looking for professional Customer Service Representatives!
This opportunity is for a reputable company in two locations: Louisville and Boulder.
Must have at least a year of experience in a customer service capacity.
Must also have experience working with SAP software.
The responsibilities will entail all customer service requests such as: verifying account data, gathering necessary information to give a ticket
number and escalate the call to a technical agent.
Excellent follow-through skills,professional telephone etiquette skills, receive and process customer requests.
This is not a technical support position only looking for individuals with customer service experience.
Must be open to working weekends as well as some holidays.
This is a full time position (40 hours a week).
You will need to clear a background and be open for a drug screening.
