We are currently recruiting for Customer Service/ Sales Advisor's to work for a prestigious Estate Agent based in and around the Tyne and Wear and Northumberland areas.
The successful candidates will come from an Estate Agent background displaying a wealth of knowledge within the Sales, Customer Service and Administrative sectors.
Job Duties:
- Dealing with Customer enquiries over the phone and face-to-face.
- Liaising with other branches and colleagues.
- Dealing with Correspondence.
- Establishing leads and following them up to generate sales.
- Providing an excellent level of customer service.
- Updating customer records using the in-house system.
- All general administrative duties as required.
Experience/ Skills Required:
- Experience of working within an Estate Agents in a previous role.
- Fantastic customer service skills.
- Knowledge of working within a sales based environment.
- Self motivation and ability to work using own initiative.
- Organised and efficient.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
We have opportunities for both part-time and full-time staff although the hours are yet to be confirmed. This will be working on a Temporary ongoing basis with a view to start ASAP.
