Customer Service Sales Agent
A number of Customer Service Agents are urgently required to join leading banking group in Edinburgh. Working within a team, you will deal with mortgage enquiries via telephone ensuring that the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a customer service background ideally gained within a contact centre environment. A high attention to detail couple with excellent communication skills is necessary as is a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Previous experience of working towards deadlines is essential as is the ability to work under pressure.
This contract will be for an initial period of 6 months and may be extended. Successful candidates will be subject to credit referencing procedures.
