Working for a leading training provider, they are recruiting an individual to work with the team contacting potential candidates to attend training and contacting employers to offer the apprenticeship to staff.
Duties include;
· Researching and identifying potential candidates using social media
· Carrying out calls to potential candidates to discuss the progression route on offer
· Carrying out calls to businesses to promote supporting a learner on the Higher Apprenticeship
· Administrative tasks
· Planning and coordinating appointments and follow up calls
· Updating Client database
· Diary management
· Regularly communicating with other departments
You must have experience of;
- Working within a call centre
- Professional and well presented
