Customer Service Sales Consultant
My clients, a leading Financial Services organisation, are looking to expand an Inbound Sales team at their Ipswich-based centre.
Applicants will be expected to have recent relevant Customer Service experience, ideally gained from a telephony-based environment.
Key duties of the role will include:
- Acting as the voice of a wide range of market leading brands
- Speaking to a huge array of customers, tailoring your approach to each
- As part of the retention or sales teams you will be selling products, but you will also help customers by amending, transferring and renewing policies.
