Customer Service Sales Executive

My market leading client based in Hitchin is looking to recruit a Customer Service Sales Executive. The job is temporary for 12 weeks and will then turn into a permanent role thereafter. It will be full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The Rate of pay will be £8.41 premium inclusive of holiday pay.

The duties and responsibilities will involve the following: 

Inbound and outbound call handling
Data entry
Inputting customer information
Updating and maintaining records
Responding to emails
General ad hoc administration duties

Ideal candidates MUST have previous customer service, call centre, administration or sales experience to be considered for the role. You will need to be available immediately as the client is looking for candidates to start ASAP. If you are interested and have the relevant skills please apply now!
