Summary: To provide exceptional telephone customer service to all incoming calls from customers or potential customers.
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Answer all incoming sales calls with enthusiasm and knowledgeable customer service.
- Work closely with customers to develop a professional relationship based on customer service and consistent follow-through.
- Promote and develop sales of apparel lines to accounts through plus selling.
- Focus with all team members to achieve individual and monthly sales goals.
- Work closely with warehouse to ensure accurate and timely shipment of individual orders.
- Maintain ongoing education on company product lines, prices, styles, and colors.
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to demonstrate working knowledge or proficiency in the following:
- Must have experience in a call center environment and have 3 + years of customer service experience; industry knowledge a plus.
- The ability to read and interpret documents and procedure manuals.
- The ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- The ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume.
