Inbound Sales Consultant - Ipswich Full-time
A new opportunity has become available to be the voice of a wide range of market leading insurance brands. You will be required to speak to a huge array of customers and tailor your approach to each. Whatever your background, this is a customer-focused sales role with real variety.
In this position you will be required to take inbound calls from customers looking to amend, transfer or renew their insurance products. Your role will be to ensure that you sell the appropriate product, whether it is car, home, travel or pet insurance from a huge range of brands.
We are looking for you to bring your personality to life on the phone and use your life experience and individual talents to make the calls personable and customer service focused. You will be helpful with the ability to communicate persuasively with a drive to meet targets.
This is a permanent opportunity and we are looking for you to work Monday – Friday 8am-9:15pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm and Sunday 10am – 5pm (evening and weekend work will be required). Although training tends to be day shifts Mon-Fri.
