We are seeking a high level administrator to join an international medical devices company which develops, manufactures and markets these medical products. To be successful in this role you will come from a strong customer focussed background with high level administration skills. In this role you will be working in a team to help provide support to both internal and external customers. This role involves the processing of customer purchase orders/enquires and liaison and support to the sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all orders a processed within a timely manner
- Provide sales support with quotations and consignment agreements
- Liaise with sales representatives and ensure they are fully updated with customer issues
- Manage customer orders and manage any delays
- Daily filing of processed customer orders
- Perform stocktake analysis
- Manage complaints and deal with returns and exchanges in a prompt manner
- Daily scanning and filing of processed customer orders
- Administrative duties as required
Selection Criteria
- 3 years experience in a customer service environment
- SAP experience is highly regarded
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a small team environment
- MS Word and MS Excel
