Position Summary
Provide sales support for VP’s, Management and field sales representatives: reports and analysis, development of sales strategy, sales presentations, proposal development, territory analysis and expert level product knowledge. Prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality. Adaptable to changes in the work environment, able to manage competing demands and deal with delays or unexpected events. Arrives consistently at work and on time. Follows instructions, responding to management direction and observes safety and security procedures. Manage a team of sales support coordinators, providing training and implementing new procedures as required. Assists team in managing work flow and meeting deadlines, continually ensuring customer satisfaction to the highest degree possible.
Responsibilities
· Provide sales support for VP’s, Management and field sales representatives
· Liaison between the office, VP’s and sales team.
· Works with sales support team, ensuring effective correspondence with internal and external customers while maintaining professional image at all times.
· Handles all YTD Reports, power point presentations and sales support materials.
· Investigate any discrepancies or inquiries that come into the department
· Oversee processing of all trade shows
· Organize, prepare and coordinate sales meetings and regional conference calls.
· Handle new accounts, changes on all existing accounts and update commission rates.
· Handles all special projects, memos, mailings and promotional materials.
· Coordinate and book travel arrangements.
· Perform other projects and assignments as required.
Job Qualifications:
· MUST be Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook a plus
