Customer Service Shift Lead Job in Exton 19341, Pennsylvania Us

The following open full time position is available effective immediately.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: detailed administrative tasks, data entry, workload assessment and delegation with a team environment, quality check of administrative tasks, assist with training/retraining coworkers as needed, handle customer service calls (customers and law enforcement partners), provide real-time assistance to users of ESP tracking products, act as shift liaison with department supervisor.

 

Ideal candidate will be reliable, trustworthy, technically proficient and possess solid administrative experience. As shift leader, professional interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work independently on most tasks. Knowledge of a call center environment is highly regarded.

 

Must be available weekends, nights, and Holidays.  

 

A minimum of one to three years administrative experience is required.
