Customer Service Specialist Job in Akron 44308, Ohio US

Description:

·         Assist other employees in troubleshooting orders that require special handling.

·         Interact with customers to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, advise of delays and information necessary to processers, obtain feedback, and ensure continued satisfaction.

·         Act as a liaison between production staff and customer.

·         Monitor and maintain customer logs, CSR I call and correction logs

·         Execute all assignments and CSR related functions with a high level of accuracy, speed, and professionalism

·         Maintain logs and files to track all aspects of customer contact

·         Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 2nd shift.  MUST be able to work this schedule consistently.

Job Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience.

·         MUST have a minimum of 2 years in a call center environment

·         Ability to organize and prioritize work

·         Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate with co-workers, clients, and vendors in a professional manner

·         Ability to type 35 WPM

·         Ability to work well under pressure

·         Working knowledge of current computer software packages, with ability to learn new software systems

·         MUST be knowledgeable of MS Word, and Excel
