Job Description

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader and within this fast paced environment, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships by providing your premium and key account customers with the highest level of customer service. This will be achieved by processing customer orders, and providing support to internal stakeholders. Specifically your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

-Accurately processing detailed customer orders into the system and ensuring all relevant documentation is also uploaded

·Effectively managing inbound enquiries from key customers and responding to them accordingly.

-Building relationships with key account customers and ensuring that all details related to orders and stock provided are accurate and timely.

-Liaising with Account Managers and Planners to assist with customer expectations

-Prepare quotations in line with delivery timelines and stock availability

-Continually seek to build on existing service levels by suggesting areas of improvement.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will have significant experience within a Customer Service position specifically from a product manufacturing (Automotive, Food or Wholesale) sector. Your professional and friendly written and verbal communication skills will play a vital part in the successful development of client relationships and internal dealings with colleagues. Additionally, you will have demonstrated experience in providing exceptional service to valued customers by meeting their expectations and requirements in a timely and accurate manner Your strong attention to detail and ability to operate proactively will allow you to succeed in the role. Strong technical knowledge with the ability to pick up products quickly as well as experience using an ERP system will be looked upon favourably. Lastly you will enjoy working within a close-knit team environment with supportive management who supports career growth.
