We have an immediate need for a Customer Service - Store Front Admin

JOB DESCRIPTION
3+ month Contract Assignment

Temp fill in for maternity leave.

Customer Service/Customer focus
Possess high level communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient with MS Office tools including EXCEL and Word
Entry of email and phone traffic into database and initiate necessary paperwork i.e.: purchase orders, inquiries (SharePoint is the database)
Ability to maintain and continually update status of orders and provide information as needed on order to both internal and external customers
Four year degree

1. Manage SF log – log includes all incoming inquiries and communication traffic. Essentially “quarterback” the Storefront
2. Log all specific issues that arise with any given WAS entry (e.g. “Waiting for updated ship date from Sue,” or “Waiting on input from Bill”)
3. At the end of each work day, give list of WAS #’s that have issues/answers pending
