This position entails wearing "many hats" in our small but growing office of 3 people. The CSS will be involved in every aspect of coordinating and delivering superior results to our customers. This includes handling all incoming calls, coordinating logistics and manufacturing to meet shipping deadlines, as well as acting as a high level liason between the sales team and the manufacturing department to help expedite orders. This person will work directly with all levels of management and staff and must excel at engaging people at any professional level and possess superior communication skills.
