At our Lenexa site we manufacture and assemble a wide selection of galley insert equipment including coffee and espresso makers, water boilers and liquid containers, as well as passenger and crew oxygen storage and delivery systems. The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of associates engaged in ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting management with planning, managing and coordinating activities of pre- and post-sales service to customers. Other responsibilities include; ? Supporting staff in their efforts to investigate complaints or inquiries Receiving, investigating, evaluating and settling escalated complaints and claims of customers and expediting service and repairs. Determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, and expediting workflow Providing technical advice to customers, service personnel, sales, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing Providing technical advice for the maintenance of service records to determine product reliability, service costs, spares requirements and the like Reviewing warranty claims Directly supervising nonexempt associates. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university preferred; and at least one year related experience and/or training. Will consider an Associate's degree with a minimum of five years of related experience. Experience with customer service, order administration, troubleshooting, customer interaction and interaction with all departments and levels within the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and time management skills Ability to handle multiple assignments and functional areas simultaneously in a fast paced environment ?
