This high profile and multi-award winning FMCG are renowned for their quality products. Located in fabulous premises in the inner west, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Supervisor to join the business.

Your extremely busy and varied day will include managing a small team of customer service coordinators, verifying sales orders, liaising with clients, sales reps and state managers, and ensuring all client orders are processed quickly and efficiently. Inventory management and stocktake will be a major focus of this role.

You will be ERP systems savvy and be comfortable working across multiple system platforms. Experience with SAP and JD Edwards will be highly regarded. You will have intermediate to advanced excel skills and be able to identify opportunities for system improvements and increased operational efficiencies. Your accuracy and attention to detail will be outstanding.

Experienced in managing a small team – ideally within an FMCG environment – you will also be comfortable managing relationships with sales reps and state managers, pushing back where required and always fostering positive working relationships.
