The Customer Service Support Assistant is an entry level position. The right candidate needs to be positive and supportive of our clients and co-workers, while working in a dynamic environment.

 

Our Customer Service Support Assistant performs daily administrative and clerical work, assisting the customer service group which includes:

 

·         Scanning of all sales order documents

·         Direct Shipment invoicing, A/R payments, invoice disputes

·         Processing of UPS returns and follow-up on RMAs with customers, sales reps and various internal departments

·         Creating and coordinating weekly customer reports

 

In addition, the Customer Service Support Assistant will also support and back-up the Customer Service Manager with:

 

·         Credit and Rebill RMA entry approval

·         Format open order report, distribution and follow-up

·         Profit Loss alert reviews

·         New Ship-to reviews

·         Invoice errors

 

Job Requirements:

·         Some college or Associates Degree highly preferred

·         At least one year in a customer service or sales support position

·         Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

·         Working knowledge of Outlook

·         Positive and professional image

·         Administrative and phone skills are necessary

·         Strong customer service orientation including communication and problem solving skills

·         Individual should possess multi-tasking, organizational and strong prioritizing skills
