Job Description:
Siemens Industry, Inc. has an opening in our Customer Service Support located in Lowell, MA. Supporting our Water Technologies Business Unit. This position will be primarily responsible for supporting contract renewals and providing outstanding service to our existing customer base. Other responsibilities include:
*Using standard procedures, responsible for the successful renewal of all expiring contracts within the renewal cycle for assigned territory
*Generates renewal letters to customers ensuring appropriate increases are accurately calculated
*Follow up with customers that do not respond within designated time frame
*Maintain accurate files and develop tracking spreadsheets for monitoring and reporting purposes
*Communicates to applicable managers on pending contract status
*Performs general clerical duties including operating an order processing system via computer terminal, processing forms, investigating and maintaining records and filing, as well as other tasks as requested by management
The qualifications this individual will have include:
*High School diploma or equivalent
*2-5 years experience in a similar Customer Service Support role within a manufacturing or service-related industry
*2-5 years experience with contract management
*SAP experience, although candidates with working experience on a similar business enterprise system will also be considered
*Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
*Excellent customer service and telephone skills
