Job Description

The role of Customer Service Support will have an element of sales support to the external team as well as developing a database of customers themselves. Gaining credibility across the phone and being honest with up to date information will form a large part of your day. Liaising with the Sales Manager on specific projects and handling multi million dollar contracts will be something this role will entail.

An industrial background will ideally suit this role as well as the desire to move into a more external position once they have proven themselves.
