Customer Service Team Leader (224191)

A leading financial services company has a temporary vacancy for a Customer Service Team Leader. You should have excellent customer service skills and have previous team leading experience. People management skills will also be needed and applicants should be able to motivate their team, striving for the highest quality of work.

Essential skills required for the role:

Previous experience in call handling/contact centres
Excellent communication skills
Good team player
Strong team leader
Motivational attitude
Highly developed written and verbal influencing skills
Competent problem solving and decision making ability
Ability to perform in stressful and difficult situations

This role will be suitable for someone who is able to deal with customers and colleagues confidently, by influencing, negotiating and motivating them. You must be able to work efficiently and with the ability to remain calm and focused within a professional and pressurised environment.

The hours for this role are 5:30-10:30 on weekdays.
