Assist with the review and control of the department. Assist with interview and hiring of associates. Coordinate training of new associates. Provide coaching and feedback. Writes performance evaluations. Contribute to process improvement. Should have broad working knowledge of firm. Second line of escalation point for team problems. Perform trend analysis of problems that are coming in. Identifying root cause/trends of problems. Report these problems to manager. Monitoring schedule adherence. Handling escalated issues that service agent may have. Interacting with both internal and external customers throughout firm. Participate in systems testing for new product development. On committees to improve processes.

Qualifications

College degree preferred. Must have series 7, 63, and 24. 6-8 years experience
