On behalf of our BSC partner we are looking for a German speaking

Customer Service Team Leader

Tasks:
- lead a team of Customer Service Representative (CSR) teams who support inbound and outband customer contact.
- understanding the relevant procedures and processes for the relevant Busisnesses, as well as the internal BSC processes
- the post holder expected to be flexible and able to adapt to an environment
- candidate will need to have a willingness to provide day-to-day "hand on" support in any number of areas
- the post holder will also carry out Customer Service activities and be a key member of the Dealer CSR team.

Requirements:
- fluent English and German
- relevant Customer Service knowledge
- educated to A Level standard or equivelent
- excellent written/ oral communication skills and ability to build effective working
- high level of IT proficiency Microsoft packages
