Customer Service Team Leader (Part-time)
A growing housing Association has a great vacancy within their professional, friendly contact centre team based predominantly in Hanney, Wantage. The company specialises in providing homes for thousands of people across the UK. The main focus for the Team Leader vacancy is to manage and motivate a team of 20 advisors providing a high level of support ensuring targets are met.
Current conditions dictate the need for a part time team leader as the business is increasing its workload and the support for the advisors is detrimental in maintaining a high level of customer service. The job will involve training new and existing staff, following quality guidelines in order to exceed targets, update with information about policies and procedures, and motivate the team to deliver a high quality service.
The right candidate will have substantial experience leading a team of 10+ people and call centre or customer service experience, coming from a medium to large company is also a huge advantage. You need to be skilled in the training and development of staff, have a strong use of Excel, Word and CRM systems, and have practical experience of all the elements mentioned above.
