Customer Service Team Manager – Italian speaker Job in Krakow, Poland

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 12-16 members to achieve service level agreements and service performance indicators
  • Ensure Customer Master Data Quality Control in place on routine work basis, Control Report is reviewed and control documentation maintained
  • Responsible for 'set up and amend Customer master data process' and the 'Control Operating Procedures' within the CSC
  • Manage and Monitore the Mainline Billing Administrator Team Activities
  • Responsible for compliance to Streamline, by ensuring that team members are operating in accordance with the agreed module procedures/ ways of working and in line with the agreed customer promise/ offer book
  • Act as an escalation point for customer disatisfaction relating to the individual promises and commitments made to the customers
  • Plan and conduct structured coaching sessions

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Order to Cash process
  • Minimum 4 years of Customer Service related experience
  • Very good Italian and English
  • Demonstrate coaching and leadership skills to be able to motivate staff and ensure a customer-focused culture and team spirit
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and interfaces
  • Passion for the customer
  • Competence in problem solving and decision making
  • Working knowledge of Customer Service Technologies which includes ERP systems and other IT applications
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness - ability to manage budgets and reduce operating costs
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills enabling flexibility to respond to urgent customer needs
