Customer Service Team Manager – Italian speaker Job in Krakow, Poland

Location: Krakow, Poland
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 12-16 members to achieve service level agreements and service performance indicators
- Ensure Customer Master Data Quality Control in place on routine work basis, Control Report is reviewed and control documentation maintained
- Responsible for 'set up and amend Customer master data process' and the 'Control Operating Procedures' within the CSC
- Manage and Monitore the Mainline Billing Administrator Team Activities
- Responsible for compliance to Streamline, by ensuring that team members are operating in accordance with the agreed module procedures/ ways of working and in line with the agreed customer promise/ offer book
- Act as an escalation point for customer disatisfaction relating to the individual promises and commitments made to the customers
- Plan and conduct structured coaching sessions
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Order to Cash process
- Minimum 4 years of Customer Service related experience
- Very good Italian and English
- Demonstrate coaching and leadership skills to be able to motivate staff and ensure a customer-focused culture and team spirit
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and interfaces
- Passion for the customer
- Competence in problem solving and decision making
- Working knowledge of Customer Service Technologies which includes ERP systems and other IT applications
- Demonstrate commercial awareness - ability to manage budgets and reduce operating costs
- Demonstrate strong time management skills enabling flexibility to respond to urgent customer needs
