Based in London, you will be required to lead, manage andmotivate a group of Customer Service Advisors to deliver a ‘World Class’customer service experience to new and existing customers. You will oversee allclients effectively, consistently operating in line with Company policies, andyou will be required to manage grievance and disciplinary processes.

Passionate about quality customer services, you should becreative, analytical and a leader by example. You must have previous experiencemanaging a team and it is also essential that you have a background workingwithin a customer service environment within the iGaming industry, with theability to draw upon good examples of your management techniques.
