Customer Service Team Manager

Our client, a leading Luxury Retailer based in Central London, are looking to recruit an experienced Team Manager to lead a team of 15 inbound Customer Service Advisors in their busy Contact Centre.

The need to fill this position is urgent and interested candidates are urged to apply at their earliest convenience. In order to be considered, however, you must have experience in leading 10+ Customer Service Agents in a busy Contact Centre and have been responsible for the following:

- Conducting regular weekly reviews
- Holding 1:1's with team members
- Performance Management
- Dealing with escalations
- Coaching and training team members

If successful, you will be joining four other Team Managers and will need to be flexible to work the following weekly shift pattern:

- 9am - 6pm
- 10am - 7pm
- 12pm - 9pm
- 2pm - 11pm
